Since last year Yan has been working with Monty Adkins, Professor of Experimental Electronic Music at the University of Huddersfield, to collect sonic materials at the Shedden Clough area in Lancashire. While Yan photographed the love-heart-shaped rhododendron tree every other day, Monty has been composing an ambitious soundscape for the piece. Their joined work 'With Love. From an Invader.' is still in progress but the soundscape has already been selected to the prestigious BEAST FEaST 2021 program. This year the entire event is online and free on Youtube.
